Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Many of our items are prepared or packed in small batches, so processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or market weekends.

SHIFTD currently ships orders within the United States only using standard carrier services.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at select markets or events. If local pickup is offered, details will be provided at checkout or communicated directly after purchase.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are:

Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are subject to the carrier. SHIFTD is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SHIFTD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at get.shiftd@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
